The Five Pillars of Maeve Movement
Sisterhood
Nothing can compare to a community of women whom surround you and uplift you with inspiration, support, and love. Sisterhood was the first pillar established in the conception of Maeve Movement with the goal of ensuring that no woman ever feels without a village. |
Self-Love
By being present in every curve, every breath, and every cell of your body, you give Her the blessing of your love. When your body receives your love, your essence shines and your intuition grows. When a woman loves herself fully and unconditionally, she's able to give support and love to others without sacrificing herself in the process. |
Embodiment
Embodiment is the practice of consciously connecting to and listening to your physical body. As a result, you reach a deeper connection with your Spirit by following a path into your body, rather than out of your body. As an embodied woman, you listen to your timing, you are confident in who you are, you are able to make healthy decisions for yourself and your relationships, and move and act from a place of divine authenticity. |
The Five Elements
Mother Nature provides us with so much! She provides us with nutrients, sustenance, shelter, experiences, remedies...everything we need to live. By connecting to Her elements - Air, Water, Fire, Earth, and Spirit - we are able to recognize how we are constantly being supported by Her and learn how to harness their energies to heal our bodies, support our relationships, accomplish our goals, and nourish our souls. |
Primal Self
Our bodies, our physical bodies, are instinctual, natural, and raw. Society has tamed them by attempting to force our bodies into molds of "beauty" and "perfection." When we acknowledge and connect with our Primal Self, setting ourselves free and giving ourselves permission to play, we are able to harness this raw, passionate energy and use it to transform our lives in ways we never knew were possible. |
