Chakra Circles is created by the coming together of women, each of whom are deeply committed to expanding their consciousness, healing their chakras, releasing learned behaviors, patterns, and beliefs, and connecting with their essence more deeply than before.

Dive into this transformative 14-week course as we learn about each of our seven main chakras, apply and practice techniques to connect with and embody them in our daily lives, and receive Reiki to help clear and balance your chakras.

Our circle meets for 14 consecutive weeks, for 2 hours at a time, with the same group of women (eight maximum). By meeting consistently with the same circle of women, deep trust is established, allowing for vulnerability, healing, self-expression, and better support and guidance to be present within the circle.
During this 14-week cycle, you will learn tools to help you connect, heal, and work with each of your seven main chakras, receive Reiki, merge your energetic body and physical body through embodied movement, and experience the beauty, safety, and healing energy of a women-only space! We will immerse ourselves in each chakra for two weeks, with the first week focusing on the basic fundamentals of the chakra, and the second week on applying, embodying, and healing the chakra. You can think of this program like a lecture+lab course in college. |
